When I started this blog, I was living and working in Oakland for Franz Inc, a software company that makes Common Lisp software and Semantic Web applications. I wanted to setup this blog to discuss and document the processes I’ve been using to restore an older VW bus that’s in need of a moderate amount of restoration, but it’s sort of grown into more than that for me.
Over the course of the last 15 years, I’ve gotten married, had a young one, went back to college to earn a degree in Enology from CSUFresno and now work as a Brandymaker at O’Neill Vintners and Distillers. Reviving this blog is a way of reconnecting to the many parts of life I enjoy.
